“ My wife and I recently enjoyed a casual meal at Warung Buana, and it was a delightful experience, especially for sampling various roti canai. The restaurant offers a wide array of roti canai options, which was perfect for our desire to try a bit of everything. We opted for a selection of smaller portions, which, while indeed quite small, turned out to be ideal for tasting the different varieties. We ordered the roti canai with sardine, the roti canai with susu (condensed milk), the roti canai with egg and onion, and a chicken murtabak. The chicken murtabak was served with a side of chicken curry, which complemented it nicely. It's worth noting that if you find a particular roti canai you love, you can always order a larger portion. The roti canai itself was good, with a nice balance of texture and flavor. However, the coffee was exceptionally sweet, perhaps a bit too much for my personal preference. Warung Buana offers a variety of seating options to cater to different preferences. There's an open-air area, air-conditioned seating, and even a smoke-free designated zone, which is a welcome feature. The ordering process is straightforward: you place your order and pay at the counter, and you're given a table number for food delivery. The menu is in English and includes descriptions, making it easy for tourists or those unfamiliar with the dishes to make informed choices. Overall, we found Warung Buana to be a good and affordable dining option. The variety of roti canai, the comfortable seating, and the clear menu made for a pleasant experience. It's a great place to try different types of roti canai without breaking the bank. ”
“ They did some improvements since I was been here for a few years ago. The place is lots cleaner then before. The taste is still the same, and their staff service are better. This India Malaysian is quite famous in Bali since a few years. Worth to visit and try their cheap and good food, owh yeah you can still watch your food process. ”
“ i have been coming here ever since i was in senior high school. i always go for their roti canai susu! don’t forget to try their es teh tarik for the drink too. my current favorites are their nasi kuning + kari ayam, definitely recommended! ”
“ Very delicious, like it so much. Teh tarik have a strong taste. And also the curry (chicken/lamb meat) was soft with strong spice. Last one is the canai you can choose sweet or salty, taste good, and crispy. Recomended!! ”
